Shipping & Handling


The order processing time depends on the time frame of quality inspection, packaging and inventory, and the status of individual products. It usually takes 1-3 working days to process your order (while some items may take 3-5 working days). If the processing time is longer than expected, we will send you an email.

Place of delivery
We currently provide delivery products to the following countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Denmark, Australia, Japan, Singapore. We do not support the country which is not listed below.

Transportation options
Standard shipping time limit / cost & priority shipping time limit / cost details are shown in the table below.
For Both Standard and Expedited Shipping Method, we do not ship if order have over 999 pieces of goods. The order will prompt you that you cannot ship. Please contact our customer service to handle it for you.

For Priority transportation we will choose the most suitable and fastest transportation company (UPS/DHL/Fedex) according to your country

Address change

Defective items:
If the goods you receive are defective, inconsistent with the style / color / size you purchased, or damaged during transportation, please contact eagegof customer service: or , we will verify and reply within 5 working days, and ship the goods you purchased again. You do not need to bear the freight of this batch of goods.
