Refund policy

Return, exchange and refund policy:


We, eagegof, hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to accept the return and refund of new products with the original label. At eagegof, we have a 30 day return policy. After 30 days of purchase, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or replacement. Because embroidery projects need a customization process, they are considered as final sales, so they are not eligible to return or exchange. If products are purchased through bundling, all products sold in bundling should be returned, or the value of products not returned will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Exchange & Refund Conditions:

1. The goods are not cleaned, worn or replaced. These items should have original labels.
2. Non final sales items
3. We do not accept the return of goods purchased from third-party retailers (distributors).
4. For health and health safety reasons, we do not replace or refund underwear or swimsuits

If all the above conditions are met, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement. Send email to info@eagegof.net Request return and authorization. Include your name, email ID, order number, proof of purchase (bill / receipt), date of purchase, reason for return, and photos of the product. The subject of the message is "return authorization".
Our support team will reply to your email within 1-2 working days. If you meet the conditions for return or refund, our team will authorize and provide instructions for you.

Once your return request is authorized, please use the address given below to return the goods.

You will be responsible for paying your own transportation costs back to your project. Freight is not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return freight will be deducted from your refund.
The time required for replacement or return may vary depending on where you live. After the product is delivered, you will receive an email.


Refund

Once we receive your product, we will check it to make sure it is resolvable. If it is a resale condition, we will start refunding the original package within 2 working days. The refund amount will arrive at your PayPal within 4-5 business days from the start date.

Late or missed refund (if applicable)

If you haven't received the refund, first check your PayPal account. It may take a while before your refund is officially released.
Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before the refund is sent out.
If you have completed all these, but you still haven't received your refund, please contact us info@eagegof.net
Include your name, email ID, order number, proof of purchase (bill / receipt), date of purchase, and refund details. Use "refund question" as the subject of the message. Our support team will reply to your email within 2 working days.


In case of product damage or wrong product

If you receive a damaged product or a wrong product, please don't worry, we can deal with it.
In this case, take a picture of the product. Please send an email to info@eagegof.net , with pictures and the following details:
Your Name
Email ID
order number
Proof of purchase (bill / receipt)
Date of purchase
The theme is "received product damage / error". Our team will

reply to your email within 2 working days. You do not need to bear the freight of this batch of goods.
If you change your mind or cancel your order
If you decide to change your mind or if you decide to cancel the order, please email us within 2 hours after placing the order info@eagegof.net Contact us. Once the order is processed, we will not be able to cancel your order.


The product didn't arrive?
Product delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen events. If you do not receive your product within the specified time, it usually takes a long time to receive your product, please write to info@eagegof.net , stating your name, email ID, order number, proof of purchase (bill / receipt) and date of purchase. The theme is "delivery delay". Our team will reply to your email within 2 working days. If your delivery time is longer than normal, we will immediately start a refund.
